Partner & corrections policy

Last updated: May 2026

What this database is

Nino publishes community reports: what Filipino users saw on SMS sender IDs, caller IDs, or phone numbers. We aggregate those reports to help others stay safe. We do not assert that any listed company committed fraud.

How brand names appear

  • Green labels mean multiple users reported a sender that appeared to copy a well-known brand (impersonation). The brand is shown as the copied name users recognized, not as the accused party.
  • Red labels are the sender name or number exactly as reported. We do not verify that a sender ID belongs to a registered trademark holder.
  • Reports are reviewed automatically and may be pending before they affect public stats.

Corrections & takedowns

If your organization is listed and you believe an entry is wrong, misleading, or harmful, contact us with the sender ID or number and a brief explanation:

santino.gatmaytan@gmail.com

We can revoke individual reports, hide a number from public lookup, or adjust classification.

Working with partners

We welcome cooperation with banks, e-wallets, telcos, and government agencies on:

  • Official sender ID lists and impersonation alerts
  • Verified takedown channels for fraudulent numbers
  • Schema fields for partner-supplied metadata (without exposing PII)

Partner data supplements community reports; it does not replace user submissions. Reach out to discuss a lightweight integration.
